two subtle tips on picking images, 1, open eyes, 2, slightly open mouth - its easier for the ai to render lids over eyes and lips over teeth, than it is for it to render convincing pupils and teeth on the fly

I use video2x-4.8.1-win32-full to upscale videos, which is actually just Waifu frame by frame and repacked, but it makes me choose from different models (same as waifu)
Can I simply add gfpgan's model to it?

How do I get results like your videos in the corner? They look great. But when I use this tutorial I get really bad results. Which scripts/repo are you using for those videos in the corner? Surely it's not Thin-Plate-spline lol

Got it working locally after quite a lot of messing about with things I don't understand. I hope it becomes possible to do this in real time for webcam control soon. Maybe an AI driven 2D to 3D conversion that would work similar to current V-tubers.

Dude! How am I just seeing this! Well, ain't that something. I've been playing with thin plate spline for a bit. Even made a video. Was looking at your other video just now and was like, wow, his face is animated really well! How did he do that? Welp.
