When I was around 5 I went on a southwest flight and as soon I stepped on the flight crew were so nice and kind and after the flight the pilots let me sit in the cockpit. As soon as I stepped of that plane I looked at my mom and dad and said I want to be a pilot for southwest

I love Southwest Airlines! Your prices are ridiculously cheap, I never have to worry about bag fees with you guys, and the staff is very friendly! I will be going to San Francisco in April, and I cannot think of a better airline to get me there! I'll see you then!

Hope to make the climb up from the contractor work to you guys. Used to be a C.S agent. Absolutely loved the life. Now these days i finally found a way back in the industry as a ramp agent. Very different world and very dangerous. Makes me know I need to move to the best asap. Amazing way you treat your folks.😊

As I’m thinking about it I was extremely lucky to get the opportunity to work with Southwest airlines I passed the phone interview face-to-face and getting ready for my background and my fingerprints to clear my head for thinking about it I might have to pass up on opportunity because me and my family are in huge debt and I don’t think jumping from 18.99 to 12.94 will help us I know I will hate my self and get emotional but I have to take care of my family and I pray that one day I can reapply but I don’t think I can wait a year to get a raise to where I’m making enough for me and my family. And this is the hardest decision I will ever make in my life

I love Southwest, but recently I have experienced a lot of delays with you guys. I have never really experienced this before. But literally, all but one out of 6 times was my flight not delayed. I had only delayed 3 hours recently. It's just frustrating and disappointing. I saw a article about how the delay rates for SW have jumped and I've experienced that first hand. So please spend some of that profit to make service better, and to help prevent delays.

I got fired from my airline last October because I missed too much time due to back surgery. I’ve since fully recovered and moved on job-wise, but I miss being around planes every single day. I really hope I can work for southwest in Dallas one day.
