How is Billy Maximoff Alive in Agatha All Along?

Now that Teen has been revealed to be Billy Maximoff/Wiccan the son of Wanda Maximoff/The Scarlet Witch in the Marvel series Agatha All Along, everyone is asking the same question.

From the mid season trailer we just got my theory is this. So Billy’s new body was someone else entirely but they died in a car crash with their mother while observing the hex closing so that persons soul that inhabited Billy’s new body left obviously, however the body wasn’t left uninhabited for long because when the hex closed Billy used his powers to transcend his soul and powers into said newly vacant body. Then he searched for Agatha while studying witchcraft and the basics of his powers, and also casting a sigil onto himself to protect himself and his identity from other witches/ people or Wanda somehow cast it when he left the hex. So I think his ultimate wish at the end of the road will be to wish for his mother or brother back

I knew he was Billy because of Google. When the trailer dropped I looked up the cast and Joe Locke was credited as "Wiccan". They've changed it to "Teen".

My theory is where Agatha did say Wanda tied her hex to the world/westview, what if she closed the hex but billy and tommy was not gone but instead grew up by themselves and tries to survive the world. And that means Wanda might not have the ability to remove Billy and Tommy since its tied to the world, but theres a chance she can due to the power she has gained in the multiverse of madness
