ME 489 Introduction to FE Python Lab 1: Python basics, solving linear system

Lecture starts with some basic syntax for python such as defining variables, functions, if-else statements, for loops. Then, we import the module numpy and look at basic linear algebra operations. Finally we solve the example from the previous lecture with a couple of lines of code in Python.
