The constant bending would eventually stress the steel to breaking point, not to mention it would be hard to push bearing wheels that way. It already looks difficult, give it a good storm or two and it won't ever be the same. Cool video, but not as practical as you would want people to think.

Actually sliding gates are good but maintance is very tough and heavy too to push and pull..

Good if you have security at home, or if it's motorized, considering the dust will accumulate in course of time this will become extremely difficult. Also he should lighter material like aluminium .
