Hey J, I too am a 90D photographer. I love your passion and get your point about the size.
I find if I am not doing a professional job and I am doing video, I lean towards my GoPro for the heavy lifting of video. That size alone accommodates packing of gear and because of the Quick video app I am able to edit quickly also incorporating iPhone coverage seamlessly weaving the coverage. Like I stated Love your passion and I know sometimes the equipment gets challenging, but with your skills as a videographer and photographer it just works. Best of luck in your journey.
