Ok since the it was signed in crayon and there is no threat of actual reprimands or even firing I am assuming this office is fun like that or this is very normal for them.

What I love about stuff like this is people who do these things are usually extremely good at their job so end up as the office fae creature everyone is stuck dealing with but would also miss.
