Uhh, no. Blitzcrank 1 lvl Q, full level W, second full level E, Lethal Tempo, BoRK, Guinsoos Rage, Wits End. If you're having issues with survival, get Shield Bow, if you lack a bit of damage, get Kraken Slayer. That build turns Darius into a pile of minced meat. Darius Qs, you Q, he wiffed Q and you are right where you want to be to proc W and E to whup him.

Once Lethal Tempo hits the Extended Range, you can literally just hound him down and proceed to mince his meat to Alistar levels of ground beef.

Jax does NOT counter Darius in laning phase. As a Darius main, I will never start with Q against Jax. Whenever Jax start E, Darius does E + Q, and it's a guaranteed Q hit and guaranteed without getting stun by Jax. If Jax don't E, Darius always win trades simply with auto-attack + W in laning phase (I use lethal tempo against Jax)
