Now for my usual post-listen analysis:

Victoria has been established as being the sun to Camille's moon, plus Reinaeiry's other Hozier cover for ViCam was Camille's backstory, so I feel like it would make sense for Camille to have the POV here. In May I Have This Dance, Vices and Virtues, Oops... I Did It Again, and Eat Your Young, Camille is characterized as the more serious of the two, whereas too many songs on this playlist to name characterize Victoria as a hopeless romantic. So, serious and romantic, moon and sun.

POV aside, I wonder how much the lyrics actually apply to their relationship. I can see Victoria wanting Camille to take care of herself, or "live right, " so that she'll live longer, whereas Camille would have the mortal perspective of, "I'll die eventually, anyway." It would seem to Camille like Victoria is drunk on life because Camille is with Victoria again and Camille hasn't seen Victoria spend decades at a time in mourning.

A vampire earlybird strikes me as an amusing twist, but also doesn't seem to apply to the multiple songs of Victoria being active at night. The part about Heaven's gate and TSA: Victoria seems way more flirty than Camille, asking if she thinks of them in bed long before they even get together (Vices and Virtues). So, could this actually be Victoria's POV singing to Camille, or maybe they alternate? I'll finish this listen, then go back.

So, THAT definitely screams Victoria's point of view.

Okay, now that cannot be Victoria. She can wait like it's her life's calling and, furthermore, "I'll love every version of you (Immortal)."

I think my biggest doubt about applying the lyrics to their relationship is that the song seems to imply that the singer doesn't think the relationship is working, at least from a literal standpoint (my autism sometimes makes it hard to pick up on innuendo or when characters mean the opposite of what they say). Judging by how much Reinaeiry has hyped and built up their relationship, I wouldn't expect this kind of setback so early in Victoria and Camille finally dating. And the artwork comes across as romantic, kinky, and even more intimate than the last two songs, so I don't get the sense of relationship conflict. Maybe the song and how it fits narratively is meant to be more aesthetic than literal?
