In the USA we have a few species of this plant and most people pull them out as weeds but I plant them. I even bought seeds to a giant Turkish variety with much larger leaves. You can search for giant Turkish plantain to find American seed companies selling it, have you heard of it and do you have recipes for it (the large leaf)? Also there is an Italian one called herba Stella!
