MY ULTIMATE UNIVERSITY ADVICE | UNIVERSITY OF EDINBURGH

I hope you guys are all doing super well! I am back this week with another Edinburgh University video! In this video, I offer my top university tips on how to have the best experience possible. This is just from my perspective, if any uni/ college students are watching, let me know in the comments whether you have any other tips!

My days of study are such a vague distant memory, fragmented by what available information there was back in the early Eighties, basically word of mouth with no real clarity, just loads of "Blokes" basically telling you what a wonderful "Doss", and wild party it all is .... What a remarkable and upstanding person you are to want so much to be the eyes and ears of all those who go behind you, your heart is fuelled by one thing only, the wanting desire to help those around you, and your scripture references portray that so well as you shine a light, a true bright light, not one of indulgence in what most student perceptions perhaps maybe, i.e Sex, Drugs and Rock and Roll, or maybe that was just my generation of the eighties, personally I cant see much change from then but Maria, do not ever stop your relentless standing on the crossroads guiding all those lost sheep that need a PROPER corrective signpost in "Uni-Life" .. .Loves Yah

Hi, thank you for making these videos, it's quite helpful. I'm supposed to start at Edinburgh in September to study International Business and I'm very nervous. Do you have any tips on studying, for example would you reccomend buying text books or using the libraries. Note taking, exam prep etc. I'm quite worried about the jump from A level to Undergrad. Plus with C*rona and my last year in 6th form cut short, I'm worried about getting into the flow of studying as a uni student. Is it more intense?

Sorry for all the questions, it's hard to find a lot of answers online plus, you've studied at Edinburgh too so that helps 😅
