How to display random images in JavaScript?

We create an output of random images on the site using images from the Unsplashe service in pure JavaScript + HTML/CSS. Completely working solution for your future site, which can be adapted or changed. This solution can be used to display random images anywhere on the site. This solution is easy to adapt for yourself and take images, for example, from your own storage on the site, it is not necessary to use Unsplashe or similar services.

Is it possible to use this method straight from your images folder? I don't want to rename them to 1 and then increment it.Neither do I want to specify the images to be generated because that will ruin it's purpose. I want the images to be generated at random...please advise.

Do you have to use Java script? I'm really new to this. I'm trying to use Adobe Creative cloud to build my website. Would this work there?
