It’s crazy like that sometimes in sports. Certain teams, no matter their record, can have another team’s number. The Sparks have good shooters. Once Brink steps it up upon her return, they will start to make some noise.

Im glad the Sparks were able to get this W they really needed this one and what made it that much better is that it was infront of the home crowd. Its alot of games still left to play and this lineup should be the one the coach go with for the remainder of the season.

I've been saying this all year long, turnovers have been the major thing that has killed us. This game we only had 3 turnovers, and despite a few defensive lapses, we managed to keep fighting and playing hard to eventually get a win against a quality opponent. I wonder if we've found the point guard we need in Ari MacDonald? She's been doing well the last few games. Hopefully she's the one. Stephanie Talbot was the bomb last night, and Dearica Hamby was out there doing Dearica Hamby things, with Rickea Jackson showing that she was worth the high pick in the draft. Even if it may be too late to save this season (it's not too late though) if Cam Brink fully recovers from the torn ACL next year my Sparks could have something special going on for the next few years.
