For re-declares it's actually easier to explain than most people think.

You are rediclaring the TARGET of your previous attack, you are NOT re-declaring the entire attack. And that's why the effect can not trigger as you are already past the attack declaration step. Just selecting a new valid target.

The declare rule is crazy because a monster is changed in the chain. Not 100 percent sure but there is at least three official rulebooks plus ocg ruling on it.

I am testing pure spright, I am playing 12 hand traps main is it enuff? ( The level 2 scissors guy is very nice on this deck)

Really don't think you should play pot in spright still. The deck is really consistent still plus getting rid of 6 cards can hurt your grind game which is already hurt with elf gone also that would leave 2 dead cards then cause you can only use pot 1 time in spright

I really think the tearlament format even while being a tier 0 was also fun and healthy.

Why are all the recent replays people playing like absolute bozos lol, like, misplays give you more to talk about and it is a new format, but this isnt a new deck and I cannot for the life of me figure out why youd go for the shadow mosquito line when it's not lethal there

man spright seem so much more fragile after elf ban. if you're able to play throug their interruptions you don't even need to end the game on your turn. they're basically on top deck mode and their only 1 card combo is Starter. I do agree I don't think pure spright is the way to go anymore. it might just be better to have it as an engine like it was in a lot of tearlament builds prior to ishizu.
