In the mid-2000s, Disney and Pixar almost ended their working relationship. Disney's solution was to create Circle 7 Animation, a studio tasked with making direct-to-video Pixar sequels. This is the story of Pixaren't.

I'm kind of sad for the people who worked for circle 7. Afterall they tried their best to create great movies and all the work ended into nothing. But good thing they were able to keep their jobs.

And good thing Disney and Pixar have a healthy relationship now. But I wish Disney would make more 2D animated movies again. 3D animation was always Pixars thing but now Disney Animation Studios and Pixar both do 3D animations and we don't get any 2D animation movies anymore.

Anyways great video ^^ You earned a new sub :D

I think TOY STORY 3 CIRCLE 7 plot sounds like TOY STORY 2

Those planned sequels sound better than what they ended up with

This is funny because I found this video thanks to a toy story 3 meme leak where the comments keep mentioning, Circle 7 which I had no idea what was at the time so thanks for the video dude.

I’m so happy Pixar made THEIR own version of Toy Story 3.

Pixar should've *REALLY* used the Circle 7 story for Monsters Inc instead of *mOnsTeRs uNiVersIty*

i won't lie, i would pay a ton of money for Disney and Pixar to try working out a Monsters sequel based off Circle 7's concepts. have Randy as the villain again and a very tragic ending and you've got a decent Pixar trilogy.

Though it's a bit hypocritical of what Lassetter said 4:15-4:22 Since he would be later be booted out of the studio due to sexual harassment allegations.

I read the script for Circle 7's "Toy Story 3". It was pretty bad. Rex curses.

0:39 Disney and Pixar had actually developed earlier in the late 1980s and early 1990s thé CAPS system-the Computer Animation Post Production System.

Lost in Scaradise would've been great!

There’s some good stories in this. I think monster Inc. two and finding Nemo two were way better than what we got. The recall script for Toy story three I think it was the best out of the three versions. But I think what we got for toy story three is ultimately the superior version.

Pixar had ambitions for traditional animation and even live-action. When Disney bought them, those ambitions were permanently shut down.

In the end though, I'm glad that Disney bought Pixar, as Disney • Pixar just sounds so right. Not Warner Bros • Pixar or Sony • Pixar.

I Find The Rejected And Final Script Of Circle 7 Animation’s Toy Story 3 To Be Interesting, But I Actually Have My Own Version Of Toy Story 3, Which You Can Decide If You Think This Script Would Have Been Better If It Been Released Direct-To-Video Or Cinemas. So Without Further Or Do, Here’s My Version Of Toy Story 3.

Set One Year After The Second Film, Andy Is Getting Ready To Send His Mother And Baby Sister Molly A Valentine’s Day Card, As It Is February The 14th. However, Andy’s Mother Saids That Well Do It In A Couple Of Minutes As She’s Making Breakfast For Him And Molly. So Since His Mother Is Too Busy Making Breakfast For Him And Molly, He Then Decides To Go Up Stairs To Play With His Toys. He Plays A Battle Game Where Woody, Buzz, Jessie, And Bullseye Have To Defeat Mr. Potato Head, Mrs. Potato Head, Slinky, Rex, Hamm, Green Soldiers, And The Squeeze Toy Alien Trio. After 10 Minutes Of Playing With His Toys, His Mother Calls Him And Molly To Get Down Stairs To Eat Their Breakfast, Which Andy Agreed, And He Picked Up Molly Out Of Her Crib So That She Can Have Breakfast Too. Now That Andy And Molly Were Gone, Woody And The Gang Were Now Able To Get Up And Find Something To Do. After Several Suggestions Didn’t Work Out, Woody Then Suggested Making Valentine’s Day Cards, Which All Of The Toys Agreed. So They Started Making Their Cards And Each Toy Showed Them To See If They Were Perfect. Woody Was The First Toy To Finish His Valentine’s Day Card And He Immediately Showed It To All Of The Other Toys, But All Of Them Felt Like It Needed To Improve So Then It Would Be Perfect. So Woody Then Went To The Window And Started Making His Valentine’s Day Card, And After He Finished It, He Decided To Show It To The Others To See What They Now Think Of It, But When Woody Was Walking, He Got His His Back Stuck To The Window, And Couldn’t Get Out, So He Started Calling His Friends For Help. However, Before They Can Save Him, His Back Opens The Window And He Falls Out Of Andy’s Bedroom, And He Ends Up Falling On Trees And Leaves, Until He Falls On The Ground Entirely. When He Falls On The Ground, He Decides To Start Find Something That He Can Use To Fly Back To Andy’s Bedroom. He Can’t Find Anything On The Grass He Can Use To Get Back To Andy’s Bedroom, Until He Finds A Kite, Which He Decides To Use To Get Back To Andy’s Bedroom. However, When Woody Reaches The Door And Is About To Open The Window, His Kite Goes Backwards, And He Has No Idea Where He’s Going, Until He Falls On The Ground At A Place Called Sunnyside Daycare. Woody Is Curious To See What The Daycare Is, But Before He Could Look, A Boy Picks Him Up And He Shows Him To His Teacher. His Teacher Thinks He’s An Amazing Cowboy, But She Tells Him To Go Back Inside With All The Other Kids, So He Did. However, The Teacher Was Curious About Woody, And Decided To Take Him To Her Office. She Sees On His Boot The Name Andy, And Decides To Wipe It Thinking That He Never Had An Owner As She Doesn't Think Owners Who Leave Their Toys On The Ground Outside Shouldn’t Right On Their Boots. She Then Decides To Put Him Up On The Shelf, And She Then Locks The Door With Her Key. Now That The Teacher Was Gone, Woody Decided To Go Off The Shelf And Find Away To Get Out Of The Office. He Then Sees A Box, Which He Decided To Push To The Door So That He Can Escape. After That, Woody Moves To Box Out Of The Way And Shuts The Door. Woody Then Decides To Look At One Of The Two Rooms In The Daycare, The Butterfly Room. But When Woody Starts Moving, He Sees To Toys Talking To Each Over, And He Doesn't Want To Bee Seen. So Woody Hides Behind One Of The Chairs Under The Table, While The Two Toys Walk Up On The Shelf. I Know That Their Is A lot More In The Script, But Most Of It Is Pretty Much Everything In The Final Toy Story 3 We Got, But I Might Send It To You Sometime Soon. So After I Make The Other Stuff In My Script, I’ll Tell You If You Think The Movie Would Have Been Better If It Was Released Direct-To Video Or Cinemas. But Anyways, Have A Great Day And Bye!

Circle 7 Animation was the animation studio that wasn’t successful. Fun Fact the studio was named after the circle 7 logo that was used for ABC stations that are on channel 7.

Imagine if there were ever scrapped ideas for Sing 2, Despicable Me 3 and The Secret Life of Pets 2 and The Super Mario Bros. Movie that also existed with Illumintation and Universal Pictures having the same collaboration and history as Pixar and Walt Disney Pictures. Plus Circle 7 Animation.
It’s strange to say it now, but way back then, a non-Descipable Me sequel or prequel seemed very out of character for Illumintation, throughout 2010 to 2019, with the exception of the Descipable Me franchise of course, Illumination only produced original movies and Dr. Seuss adaptations making classic after classic and fans and critics thought that they could go no wrong, but there was a little hiccup you probably never heard of that could have changed history forever, back before Illumintation was owned by Universal Pictures, they were their own independent company, only working with Universal for distribution, (Illumintation produced their own feature films and short films and Universal released and distributed them.) Illumination initially had a seven-film distribution deal with Universal Pictures from 2010 to 2019 and would give Universal full ownership of their feature films and characters as well as sequel rights, so in 2016 before Illumintation with Universal released Sing which would be the final seventh film in their distribution deal, Illumination decided not to renew their agreement with Universal and seek other companies to distribute their feature films after the release of Sing, this parting of ways left Universal in a very tricky position, as I mentioned before Universal would now have full ownership of Illumintation’s feature films and characters as well as sequel rights, so everything from Descipable Me to Sing was now Universal’s which meant that they could do whatever they wanted with the properties, so using the rights to the Illumintation characters and sequels, Universal formed their own animation studio called, “Vision Film”, Vision Film began producing sequels to Sing, Despicable Me 2 and The Secret Life of Pets, and a feature film adaptation of Nientendo video games, but sadly these films would never come to be because in 2017, Universal Pictures would get a new CEO who would have Universal buy and purchase Illumintation and Illumintation and Universal decided to shut down Vision Films before it could produce any of their films which ended up making original and early drafts for Descipable Me 3, Sing 2 and The Secret Life of Pets 2 which were all cancelled and are unknown unlike Monsters’ Inc. 2: Lost in Scardise, Finding Nemo 2 and Toy Story 3 (Circle 7 draft.) (Watch Circle 7 Animation videos for more information.) and Illumintation would produce and release their own versions of Sing 2 (2021), Despicable Me 3 (2017), The Secret Life of Pets 2 (2019) and The Super Mario Bros. Movie (2023) that were mostly met with positive reviews from fans and critics.
Walt Disney Animation Studios, Marvel and DC Animation, Marvel Studios, Universal Animation Sudios, Sony Pictures ImageWorks and Sony Pictures Animation and the Warner Animation Group never formed any distribution deals with any movie companies and they were owned by and assigned to produce feature films, franchises and short films and etc. for the Walt Disney Company, Columbia Pictures and Warner Bros. Pictures to own and distribute, while Blue Sky Studios, Aardman (Collabrating with DWA from 1997 to 2006 and SPA from 2007 to 2012.), Nietendo, (Currently collaborating with Ilumintation and Universal Pictures to produce and release their feature films.) Scholastic, DreamWorks Animation (Which after being spun off from DreamWorks Pictures its former parent studio from 1994 to 2005 formed distribution deals with Paramount Pictures from 2006 to 2012 and 20th Century Fox from 2013 to 2017 before being bought and owned by Universal Pictures in 2018.) Pixar, Illumination and Blue Sky Studios had to form distribution deals with Walt Disney Pictures, 20th Century Fox, Paramount Pictures Universal Pictures and Columbia Pictures to produce and release their feature films and franchises and short films before eventually being purchased and owned by the movie studios.

I think the plot of Finding Nemo 2 would be the plot in Finding Marlin.
