Trains at: Spalding - PBO-LCN Line - 10/11/18 *ECML Diverts*

Hello and welcome to this next video of 'Trains at' season 4 which is from Spalding located on the Peterborough - Lincoln Line (The Redwing Line) located between Peterborough and Sleaford.
On another day, I wouldn't have chosen Spalding as a place to trainspot due to it's very infrequent services but there were ECML diverts via Spalding and Lincoln Central due to engineering works between Peterborough and Newark North Gate. The station itself is actually quite nice but slightly run down due to the decrease in services, such as to March, Boston and King's Lynn, so the station has two disused platforms.
Like I said, the services through here are very infrequent with the only stopping services being between either Newark North Gate/Lincoln Central and Peterborough. In the Mornings and evenings, most services run a shuttle between the station and Peterborough.
However, it was still a good trip seeing most ECML services running through here with some HST's, 91 drags, a 180 and two freight services. The views here are actually quite good especially to the south which I could see for miles. Also some nice tones from a 43 and a 67 drag.
Includes:
- LNER: Class 43's, 91's & 82 DVT's
- EastMidlands Trains: Class 153's
- Grand Central: Class 180
- GBRf: Class 66
- Freightliner: Class 66
- Unknown Locos: Class 67's
