My insight is that the IKEA is actually a whole different dimension. It looks like that it is a normal IKEA before closing time, but as soon as closing time is there, it teleports all the people still inside to the separate dimension. That is where SCP-3008-2 is from. As soon as opening time hits, it teleports back to all dimensions with IKEA.
