Employees are not family. Treat them as such. You are so good to them. They shouldn't even have access to your main house. Let them have their meals in their area. This is a big lesson learned and I hope you can set boundaries. This did not only affect your household but also Mama Joyce's household as they are in and out of there too. Have background checks before hiring them. Hindi kesyo kaibigan ni ano eh hired na. And finally, I hope you name this person. Don't look for a reason why she did it. It's insignificant. There is no point in wanting to know why did what she did. She planned to scam you from the start. That's all there is to it. Huwag mong kaawaan ang taong gumawa ng mali sa inyo. Why protect her identity! You shouldn't feel bad about exposing her after all she embarrassed you, ruined your and your families' excitement for the outing, inconvenienced you, took money and company property from you. Report her to the authorities. I'm so sorry this happened.

That’s why it is important to have bounderies, especially the office is inside the house. Hindi masamang itreat sila as family, but bounderies can keep respect and privacy intact. Wag masyadong tiwala, always have your guard up. Double check their work, totoo or hindi, tama o mali. That’s what we do in our business.

While we all feel the frustrations to what happened with mama anne, let us refrain from making them feel na as if it’s their fault kasi naloko sila or hindi nila ini-screen employees nila or the fact that they don’t set boundaries with their employees.

Dapat talaga maturuan ng tamang leksyon mamaya gumagala gala yan at nagpapakilala pa na staff niyo at nagtitinda kuno or naghahakot ng mga reseller ng product mo tapos masam iniscam din niya. Come to think of it, madami na siya nalaman diyan sa loob ng bahay niyo lalo na sa negosyo mo, kung wala ka plano kasuhan yan isipin mo nalang yung pwede pa niya maloko worst comes to worst e magamit pa niya ang negosyo mo para makapangloko ng kapwa. This is not the time na maawa sakanya. Di to oras para maging mabaet sa taong ganyan.

I have been a silent viewer and I would like to salute your family on how you handled this kind of stressful and challenging situation. Natutuwa ako sa inyong magkakapatid at pati sa mga magulang mo na super cool lang at walang sisihang naganap. Si Momma Joyce na tuwing magsasalita ay naiiyak, feeling ko nahihiya siya sa iyo Mama Anne kasi nga siya ang nag asikaso ng lahat pati sa payment. I pray and hope na hindi na maulit ang malungkot at nakakalokang karanasan na ito.
