To anyone who is watching this video in mid march- its a valorant patch error and not related to your pc. If you launch the client you can see a purple error box which explains that they are working on it. So no, currently there is no such fix for it untill valorant themselves fix it.
edit: I found a fix! Open the 'run' box on your pc and type 'services.msc.' Click ok and a window with a list will appear. From there, search the term 'vgc.' Highlight it and from the left hand side, start the service. You are good to go! Now everytime you face the problem, repeat the process. If you don't wanna do this repeatedly, try reinstalling Vanguard. Hope this fixes the problem.
