What Are Misconceptions About Brampton?

The one guy says "Brampton is geared towards south-asian culture" Here is my problem with are now in Canada. Where is the assimilation to Canadian culture? If you want to live someplace where it is only your own culture, then go back to the place you came from where you can be around only your own culture, people and language.
The problem (just one of many) in Brampton, is the lack of Canadian culture here, or even diversity. It is almost fully south-asian in Brampton. There are very few places you can go in Brampton (nearly 700, 000+ population) where you can hear an English conversation.
They move from India to Canada for a 'better life', and want to turn it into India so they can feel more comfortable and its more like India to them.

Watching this video now 1 year later Brampton has actually gotten way worse. There were 2 smash and grab at Brampton bramalea mall this month and car robbery has gone up 200% well done Brampton.

I dont have issues with Brampton for the most part, but Brampton drivers are the worst statistically speaking. It's why the insurance premiums are the highest in Ontario in Brampton. Also I'm sure way more drive through toronto than Brampton anyway.

Edit: It seems Vaughn has captured the crown for the most expensive car insurance. Brampton put up a valiant effort.

This city used to be multicultural and now there are some extremely racist and closed off people who live here. I'm sorry but everything is directed to only the South Asian community. Its almost like no other cultures/races are considered or even worthy of any kind of respect... ( ie. not holding the door wide enough for the other person to catch it, not allowing a woman to go through the door first when boarding a bus, not lining up like everyone else and just butting through, being stared at hard, being actively nosy, not being patient enough to share the road safely, speaking in another language and not including other nice people in their conversations who are of a different race/culture, plus body odour... ). 


Theres a lot of " ME FIRST! ME FIRST!" attitude or entitlement. God bless those who dont follow their foot steps and keep other Canadian citizens of Brampton in mind. Citizens who been staying here for a while already understand what Canadian culture entails... Not trying to be rude but it's a concern that needs to be addressed.
