It's so difficult to choose a University! There are so many options but this is one of my favs because of the nice climate of the west coast.

I got 1380 on Sat
95 on Toefl
I have 79/100 ( I don't know how much gpa that is ?)
Do I have a chance to get full ride here if not a considerable offer of Scholarship in this uni ?
