Orbi 4G LTE Router Review and Test - VS Verizon Mifi Jetpack

Is the Orbi worth the price? Let's find out. I will put the new Orbi 4G LTE up against my Verizon Jetpack hotspot and we will compare the results of several speed tests. Enjoy.

UPDATE- After two months I had to replace the router due to a hardware issue causing constant disconnections. NetGear is replacing it but customer service was a nightmare. In total I spent at least 5 hours on hold over several troubleshooting calls before they replaced it. Love it when it works. Hate Netgear customer support. FYI :)

I totally live off grid in Maine. Biggest issue i have is having the internet for my son. Ive looked at these prior and wasnt sure... But this def has me more interested and probably gonna make me buy one.. Love your videos they have really helped me the past year with learning how to live off grid.... I inherrited my dads house when he passed away and i knew nothing about solar and have had to learn so much the past couple years. I purchased the ORBI in Feb of 2020 for my home/office and it is hands down a incredible setup. I added 1 satellite to my orbi and now I can even stream in the back yard. Would recommend this to anyone.

Hi all, looking for some quick advice . I have a friend I've recently started handling the cell phone plans for ( not normal for me ), and they gave me contact info for their Verizon rep . I've been working with him for almost a year now, and I'm constantly having problems getting answers from him on basic things like can he confirm he put insurance on our plans and how do I utilize the insurance after a phone is damaged ? My question to you all is : how do you normally work with Verizon on things like activation problems on new phones and questions on insurance and such ? Do you have a client rep you ask, a special number to call, or how can I get quick and reliable results here ? What is the proper way to request a new client rep ? If I make the request, I want to make sure I don't end up still stuck with the same guy . I've already had a heart to heart with him and needing faster response times, and the quality dropped after that talk .

I have Netgear orbi LBR20 my old modem I had with Bravado Wireless got to point didn't want load websites my current provider is US cellular home internet

Only getting 1 mbps of download speed or less and 5 mbps of upload speed… talked with tech support for my service and the net gear support

Thank you for this video, it was exactly what I needed. One question, I can directly plug my MIFI 8800l SIM card into it and it will not get kicked off of Verizon’s network, correct? Thanks for the help

I have an odd own some land in Colorado and am currently paying a monthly service for ONE Arlo camera and was wondering if anyone has any idea to run several Arlo cameras somehow ....don't know how far they can run wireless away from the stations

Im using the old school mifi home router. I love it, but its ancient and my speeds are kinda slow i have an old school unlimited data plan sim in it. Is this router plug and play with a Verizon sim?
