I remember watching that particular episode. With our family's hearts already heavy with the show's departure of John Amos, that scene from Mrs. Evans hit me really hard because I was offended that James Evans was written off the show. For me Goodtimes was never the same without him being part of the cast. Thank you for those years he was a part of the cast. My all time favorite t.v. sitcom.
