EU4 But Ottomans have CORES on the Entire World

In this video, we take a look at what happens when the Ottomans have cores on the entire world in Europa Universalis IV. We use console commands to give the Ottomans cores on every province and watch as they expand their empire across the globe.

It is utterly stupid that they do not even attempt to conquer the Mamluks. This is seriously not fun when you are trying to play a historical game.

Ottomans has enough core creation cost and tolerance to conquer whole world with some boosts. Instead of cores, give them permanent claims, so that they will choose their opponents wisely. Their course of actions are so messy with cores. "Best possibble target in the whole world" is not reasonable for the AI.
