Although someone already uploaded this, but the first half of the beginning were missing.
A BBC News report on the launch of Wales' answer to Channel 4 that has the shows being made for Welsh-speakers, S4C (Sianel Pedwar Cymru) that was launched 40 years ago on 1st November 1982, one day before the rest of the UK launched Channel 4, their own fourth channel, but they were still having problems with ITV's advertising to IBA and the union. There were also reports for the rest of the UK that there were votes if they decided to let the Welsh-based S4C go through or launch the UK-based Channel 4 for the next day, there was a 9/10 marked for the UK-based Channel 4 to launch but the government could also get the Welsh-based S4C channel if that really fits enough, it also includes the partial clip of the original Welsh opening of SuperTed in which the same network also launched the show that SuperTed and Spotty Man got it's first animated adventure on TV for the first time in Wales which the BBC later dubbed this program in English for the rest of the UK by the following year, it includes a slight behind the scenes footage inside Siriol Animation that animates the program in which the animators inking the cel-pieced colours for a evil cowboy named Texas Pete, (named as just Texas in Welsh) one of the lead antagonists.
