If I remember right you want to go with the original dashboard and not the dash of the truck. I can understand why you would want to but that seems like a lot more work. But there's no turning back now. I still have faith in your accomplishing this feat. Forgive me. I don't remember the year the newer truck I think it's 1990. But for some reason you've lost track of the wire Chase and where they go. See if somebody near you as a truck to let you look at. Just some ideas in case you are seriously having doubts.
