I love this😂, but to anyone who is actually curious, im not exactly sure im no "fish expert, " but i have a bunch of aquariums and a koi pond i built. And i can say that while fish lack eyelids the do slow down there activity drastically a couple hours into the night. They still remain "swimming" but they hang low in the water column and move as little as possibly. So maybe not sleep but they definitely rest.

Fish do sleep but typically not their entire brain at once to ensure they keep water flowing through their gills

Yes, fish sleep, except they don't have eyelids to close, and some have to keep swimming. They're more in a restful state of slowed metabolism and reduced brain activity than in what we typically think of as sleep, since they need to remain semi-alert to predators. Some fish species sleep at night, others during the day.
