Adjustable Top-Box Rack

Ventura Manufacturer, Dold Industries Ltd, recently launched a new and improved Ventura Astro Top-Box to give motorcyclists the most flexible hard luggage option on the market.

The Ventura Top-Box uses an innovative base-plate mounting system that allows the box to move forward or backward to suit the bike and rider. The box utilises L-Brackets that are part of the Bike-Pack system to mount to the bike.

0:28 The box and bracket is only attached to the bike via TWO SCREWS. Most hard boxes are attached via four screws. This is apparently the only way and the correct way to do it. Well mine lasted about a year before it broke.

Hmm, I've got a gsx-s1000 but have a givi box and rack from a GSX650f. No one else makes a top box for these bikes - I wonder if I can take my 44l givi and adapt it to the venture mounting plate?

The base plate looks like a givi monolock base plate, is that correct? In which case can you use givi boxes instead of astro?
