The Split Ender Maxi dusts the ends of relaxed hair, texlaxed hair, transitioning to natural hair and natural hair without removing length. Perfect tool to address split ends.

Dusting Hair Ends:
When dusting, you are taking off thin ends that serve no purpose to the overall appearance of the hair. The end result is healthy ends and length retention.

Split Ender Maxi:
I did not do a before and after measurement. However, the Split Ender Maxi removes such negligible amount of hair that you truly will not miss it. The website suggests it trims somewhere between 1/8" to 1/4". That is equivalent to being pure dust as the term would suggest - dusting.

You can increase the amount of hair that is removed by running the Split Ender Maxi across the same section of hair multiple times. I use no more than two passes on each section and I always use the same amount of passes on my entire head.
