I really don't see friend anywhere near his level.

People love to bring up friends VR feat a lot, however it means really nothing to Ozymandias's memory feat, as he's born with an eidetic memory, a perfect memory, like Batman, he's able to recall anything and everything he consumes.

But unlike Batman he's also stated have full 100% control over his mental state mentioned by Alan Moore, this is what allows him to be insanely quick witted, and almost all faster thinking and thinking points should go to Ozymandias, since he's been able to catch bullets point blank before.

And his manipulation scales quite higher, psychoanalyzing Manhattan even though he was stated to be unreadable, and manipulating him (his 2nd best manipulation feat) is a far greater feat than anything friend/KY has done during 20th CB.

Watchmen is just better than 20th cb in literally every way except maybe plot twists but thats debatable

Planning events for 50 years, double bombing strategy and others, insane manupulatoin, vr should give him fsiq memory is perfect and rebirth via logical reasoning etc so mid-high diff at least
