Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax is experiencing some growth in Japan thanks to a teacher/student tournament and some recent news about unofficial modding! Either way, I never really gave this game a proper chance and actually I unboxed it way back in 2014 not long after this channel was first created! This is the updated game, "IGNITION" and it's on sale on PSN until Feb 17th (not sponsored, but if you want the game at a reasonable price you'd be wise to take advantage of the sale price!)

I just discovered this game on accident and IMMA GET MY FRIENDS INTO IT, I'm a huge Toradora fan and I just got into Railgun so this was just perfect

I love this game. Played it a lot on the Vita and some on the PS3. I still need to get the game on PS4. The game is published by Sega that's why it has Sega characters and references. It's available to buy on PS3 and Vita in the US.

This game has a lot of appeal and does good on it (as in being a competent fighter)
I had my eye on it for a while, and I ended up trying it since Boogiepop was an assist (and he's pretty cool)
But its something I can always play on a whim because of the mechanics

i still play this game, bought the ignition edition on ps4 digitally although there's no english unless you buy the ps3 version. Been enjoying this game since 3 years ago tho i'm nowhere near competitive. It still bothers me how come there's no continuation for this game when sega still releasing Blade Arcus Rebellion from Shining.

I've never heard of this game, but I love the humour, looks really fun!
Too bad it's an Asia only release. But then again, I guess this is the kind of game with a very tiny player base anyway, unfortunately.
Edit: I just realized I have the PS3 version standing in my cupboard, unopened! How ist this possible, haha :D

i knew i recognized this because I played the mobile version of dengeki bunko and you'd take turns and use the resource that generates overtime i think and attack the opponent

I'd compare this more to MB than UN imo. Then again I'm old and when I hear frenchbread I hear MB. Which reminds me hope you do some videos of the 2021 MB release when that drops!

I imported this game for PS4 years ago and I absolutely love it! Such a great game. its a shame this version was never localized in english. The older version is avaliable on Vita and PS3 here in the States but this Ignition version is way better. Pick up the dlc characters they definitely add something a little different to this game.
