يستخسن ظرب الكرات المنخفضه في اطراف الملعب من داخل الملعب بوظعيه اليدين معا اخذ دفعه بهماء الى الاعلاء بتوجه مفتح للذراع الى الاعلاء حتى لاتظرب الكره في الشبكه المقابله له

United Cup should count for Iga as her tournament win, because of her 5-0 record and MVP Award.
She won 5 matches, lost 0 matches, and it doesn't count for her, while Rybakina/Gauff won 4 matches in their tournaments and it counts for them?

اتخاذ عمليه تغارب الخطوات من منتصف اطراف الملعب ثم توجيه الكرات باتجاهات مباشره مستقيمه او عكسيه جانبيه في الاتجاه المعاكس بحيث تقع الكرات فيها في وسط المظرب ثم توجه بقوه دفع للكرات هادءه التوجه حتى تاتي الكرات بوقعها علا ارظيه الملعب علا مرحلتين ويستحسن وقع الكرات غرب الشبكه في الملعب الاخر حتى يتسنى للكرات بان تاخذ مساحه كافيه لتوجه علا مرحلتين عند وقعها علا ارظيه الملعب الاخر .وهاذء يتعين للجسد بان يكون في حاله استقامه جسديه لتاءقلم معا حركه توجه الكرات حين تقع. علا الارض علا مرحلتين قبل ان تصل الكرات الى الجانب الاخر
