Seeing as how Ninja Tune is celebrating their 30th anniversary this year, as well as me being on a bit of a buying binge of old DJ Food records, I thought it would be a great opportunity give you a brief history of the label, as well as talk about how Coldcut and DJ Food laid the foundation of the now legendary independent label. Hopefully you enjoy this little overview/retrospective!

Just want to share some appreciation for making this. Thank you. A wonderful slice of history, and an important one at that.

Went and listened through Kaleidoscope and hoo boy...you did not oversell it. Pretty new to the genre, but felt some resonance with Tipsy, or maybe Susumu Yokota's Symbol album? Especially near the end where they started mixing in samples of Debussy and Ravel.

Know of anything else like this that leans into classical music samples?
