2 cups (480ml) Heavy cream
1 can (400g/14oz) Sweetened condensed milk
Juice from 2-3 Lemons or 1/3 cup (80ml) – 1/2 cup (120ml) *depends on how strong lemon flavor you prefer 
Zest from 2 lemons

In a large bowl, place cold heavy cream. Whip to stiff peaks.
Add sweetened condensed milk, lemon zest and whisk on low speed until combined.
Add lemon juice and mix until combined.
Transfer into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Take out of freezer 5-10 minutes before serving.

I just made it, it’s in the freezer for tomorrow night’s dinner, took 10 minutes to make, yummy, I made a few changes, 600ml cream, 1 can sweeten condensed milk, 1 large lemon with zest, 1 tsp vanilla extract, the ice cream tastes amazing & less sweet, less sweetness is going to be better IMO.

My wife just loves lemon desserts so I will make this. I make your strawberry & chocolate ice cream very often and they are both fantastic! How about banana? I'm curious if you'll use 12oz banana puree with 2 cups cream & 14oz sweetened condensed milk or if you'll vary the puree amount like you do with your mango recipe?
