I have sensitive skin, and LRP has been a skin saver for me.Their products are not harsh and actually work.Dont simply follow what a you tuber says.Find sonething that works for you and run with it.

People eye-rolls a product that has alcohol, fragrance, certified cruelty free etc is the equivalent of salt, sugar, caffeine and carbs in our food!!! Our skin in different, our bodies are different- don't judge me based on what I eat let alone what I put on my skin!

there's a european version of the loreal paris retinol now! the US version uses 0.3%, the european version uses 0.2%, interesting decision by loreal, i wonder why they did that! definitely does not come down to regulations, it is a completely different formula btw! I guess the US formula was developed at loreal's US labs and the european formula was developed at loreal's france labs

I am with you on this review! I bought this here in 🇨🇦 with the intention of filming a review (& haven’t got around to it 🙃). I am not new to retinol, and this one caused me to react to it after one application. It gets a “no” from me - I agree with you completely, there are just so many better alternatives out there.

This was my first retinol to use..used it every day right away as it felt really well with my skin. So not sure, maybe ones in Europe are a bit different formula??

I definitely have some holy grail LRP products, like their Shaka fluid, the Toleriane demo cleanser, soothing lotion(toner) Hydraphase mask but then they have also made some complete misses for me. I tried their new effaclar serum with glycolic, salicylic and LHA and I hated it. Burned my skin lol I don't know why ALL their products are not fragrance free. They really should be. I really love their SPFS though, the European versions are some of the best in my opinion.

L’Oréal definitely loves Alcohol Denat. Would be interesting to hear their take on it, considering it’s in almost all of their serums

Me, I am using adapalene for 2.5 months aprx. And doing fine with it. No dryness, peeling, nor irritation. I did have problems when I used the ordinary 1% retinol before adapalene. Lots of dryness peeling and irritation, could not tolerate de 1% retinol the ordinary. BUT doing great with adapalene.
