I think 2 bedroom homes should always have both bedrooms as master suites. Likes of older folks like to sleep separately from our partners. They never make the second bathroom big enough so it is usable.

Nice downsize to retire into. Would be good for 'age in place' mods as the market has always underserved the disabled. Full on ADA compliance can mean moving walls and why tear up a turnkey, BUT lots of ppl now could appreciate at least a couple helper bars in the bath and wider doors whether for a wheelchair or just their buttocks. :) Love that these are all concise and quick to binge. What's in your pocket in 2023, Jerry?

How big is that house. It’s super tiny!!! A sofa will fill up the living room and I don’t see you can put a queen size bed and a dresser.
It’s better to see houses with furniture so people get an idea of their own things in there.
