Many plastic surgeons have no ethics as it is all about the money.
I wanted plastic surgery when I was young. The surgeon I went to who was highly regarded said, 'I will not perform surgery on you. You do not need this surgery and will live to regret it.' I totally appreciate what he said, especially now. Young people are so impressionable and easily manipulated into believing they are not good enough. It is just so sad and can even be career-ending. It takes growing older to gain perspective. I was saved by my doctor's opinion/advice and am very grateful to him.

Remember Jennifer Gray, an actress who achieved overnight fame starring in the lead role as Baby in Dirty Dancing? She was a beautiful girl, but after Dirty Dancing she had a nose job and it ended her career. Even though her new nose didn't look bad, she never looked like herself after that and that's what made her stand out because she was beautiful and her nose gave her character and was charming. Could you imagine Barbra Streisand with a different nose? No, it's part of her attractiveness. She unique and beautiful just as God made her.

I’ve had plastic surgery about 30 years ago, I’m 60 now. It was to fix my nose that the doctor said was broken at birth or when I was an infant. It created a bump on the bridge and my septum was to one side blocking on side of my nose. I was actually a teaching case at a hospital and got a huge discount.
It does look better than before and I can sleep without apnea. I can’t imagine getting a new face. It’s just too much. It’s the inside that needs to be healed not the outside on so many young women now.

I thought it was just me, but I’m so happy you’re talking about this. Why can’t people age naturally? It’s life. You’re living life. Embrace it. I don’t think a bit of Botox or restalyn to make you feel a bit better is bad, but there’s something weird going on with the extremes. My daughter is 36 and she’s already worried about her dark circles. So instead of plastic surgery, I bought her a red light mask. She’s happy with that thank goodness. She’s such a pretty girl, but I think she needs to add on a few pounds. That will fill out her face more. She’s 100 lbs soaking wet, although 5 ft. But I think 5 pounds will help her. These extreme obsessions have to stop. It’s not normal. When I saw Lauren Sanchez, I thought isn’t Bezos embarrassed to be seen with her? But, he looked proud. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Any plastic surgeon who knowingly creates breathing problems by narrowing a nose to the point that it inhibits normal function should lose their license to practice, if not be jailed. Just because a patient adks for something stupid or harmful doesnt mean youre obligated to do it. If you dont agree, please research the side effects.
