For the Marinade:
1/3 cup tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp sherry vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
3 peaches, sliced

For the Chicken:
1 tbsp olive oil
2 oz thinly sliced prosciutto
Salt and pepper
2 leeks
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
3 cups chicken broth
2 tbsp capers, drained
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped

Looks so good guys!! Have you ever used dehydrated leeks or green onions? I purchased some because i will want to make a recipe sometimes and i check my green onions and they have gone south. I also don't keep leeks on hand. I thought it might be a good option to get dried/freeze dried so I would have them in a pinch without having to go to the store.
