I knew she was a mean girl when I saw her Nardwuar interview. All of her reactions were “eyeroll you’re weird, why do you know this?” Which is SO telling. She then walked away instead of answering “doot doot” and pretended not to hear him, just nasty.
Nardwuar used to interview all genres but now rarely interviews rock or punk bands bc of how much the bullied or were rude to him. I love to see Hip Hop and R&B embrace him bc that’s what he deserves, I love that we embrace that he’s unique and so passionate to do actual research (as Pharrell said, the best interview he’s ever done).
