My 2803 will do 2 9/16 holes all day with half the weight and size. Hole hawg or super for 4 1/8 and up.

I bought this and used it yesterday. The handle got bent from my leg. I didnt get the free 9 piece set for free. There are never any deals at the store and the non deal items that are at the store are never at the store. I feel like I get screwed every time I make a purchase. Lost another $240 on free item again yesterday bc they didnt have it in stock. Took me 3 hours. One store didnt have batteries even though they were in stock in the computer. Went to another store and got the super hawg but they didnt have any. Forgot to buy batteries there went back to the other store, got the tool but thats when I found out they had no batteries. Went back to the other store again, got two 12ah batteries separately, paid more again even though there are much better deals for this then they didnt have the supercharger I wanted. I went to buy tool bags. Guess what. The only thing any store even carries is the big 15” in totes. I wanted a 10” tote with the free packout. Not happening. Ended up buying Husky again because why deal with the bs?
The supply end of your company is probably the worst part. You need a better solution. Like the tool rental section at home depot. Do it that way. Its the biggest hassle to find employees so they can go find a forklift, etc. there are a lot of stolen items as well that makes things even more complicated. When I check the app the night before I make my plan and I go. Nobody has that time to spend.
