I drove the TLX today. It's an engineering marvel.. VERY quiet interior, powerful, with responsive steering. Up close and in person, the new front and rear ends are a vast improvement from the previous gens. And the seats, WOW.... beautifully contoured and supportive

Acura has actually made it easier for rivals to score sales.  I'm a long time Acura fan, but as soon as I saw the 2018 TLX and the 2018 RLX I went and bought a Lexus GS350 without hesitation.  Thank you Acura for helping me making an easy decision.

Love Acura but if I'm expected to spend 40k+ for a V6 TLX why would I want people thinking it might be a V4 TLX? They should go back to TL vs TSX

Maybe I'd be impressed when I see it in the flesh but as a current 2009 TL-SHAWD owner, I can't imagine ever downgrading to a new TLX which has less horsepower (mine is rated 305hp) or is a smaller car inside/outside. Even the A-spec version doesn't do anything for a power boost on the V6. The 0-60 times, etc on this new model just don't compete with what I have from 8 years ago. What gives, why move in reverse direction Honda/Acura? I just don't get it.

I'd only consider the SH-AWD V6 version.  The FWD V6 is just a guised up Accord.  The I4 version is even more pitiful - blown away by the Civic turbo (not the Si, model, just the regular Civic CVT)

Why even bother w/ built-in nav if you already have CarPlay/AndroidAuto? Hopefully manufacturers start working on getting CarPlay/AndroidAuto to work across ALL screens of cars (including any screens in gauge cluster or the 2-screen setup Honda/Acura has) rather than plopping the interface on the main center stack screen -- disjointed from the rest of the car's tech.

give it the 3.7 v-6 from the 2012 tl-sh-awd with 100 hp per liter then I may consider it.

Make the grille bigger like everyone else does omg, the base model looks really bland in front. I like Acura because of Honda but I feel like they will never have awesome styles like Lexus or infiniti

04-08 TL still the greatest TL ever built. Shame this new one has a worse design and not much faster, if any.

acura just can't seem to catch up to the the rest of the luxury brands. lexus alone is 10 steps ahead of them. cmon acura give us some fly shit already!

Terrible paint job. You can see spray marks and mottling/blotching when especially in the morning or evening. Looks fine in the bright sun. Acura knows about the issue and refuses to address it. Just beware.

Is it just me, or are Acura and Lexus making uglier and uglier vehicles the last few years? They have gone overboard with the grills and ill placed creases.
