Kenyans don't seem to have a problem with universal health care. Their biggest worry is on looting the money

History has shown that, Kenyans are notorious in dipping their hands into the money safes, and that is the problem we are facing

Ruto is NOT bothered with dealing with corruption. The DONT CARE attitude by the president on dealing with corruption and misappropriation of public funds, especially health funds, is what is irritating to Kenyans.
