This IS about Camila. In a recent Q&A he admitted he wanted to send the song to her but his 2 friends told him to wait. 3 days later he saw her and they caught up, he was gonna confessed his love but then Camila told him “she had met a guy” so he then kept quiet about his feelings to not be heartbroken. Good news are that they are together now 😊

Always Been You- "I swear that you’ve been sent to save me, you’re the only one that my heart keeps coming back to.” Shawn shows that when he’s in love, he’s only got eyes for one
Piece of You-  A possessive Shawn, anyone?

Can't Imagine- “I can’t imagine what a world would be, without you, all the birds would stop their songs, without you, all things right would feel so wrong.”  Shawn is the type to believe that everything is okay, as long as he has a girlfriend. Heads over heels in love Shawn, as usual.

here are reasons why I think this is about Camila
1. In the song it says “when ppl ask about us now we brush it off”
Shawn and Camila get asked about if they are dating
2. In the song it says “When I hear you sing it gets hard to breath”
Ok Shawn gets asked about if Hailey and shawn are together or if Camila and Shawn are together
out of the 2 girls Camila is the only one who sings
3. “Can’t help but think every song’s about me”
I personally think all these years is about Shawn
Those are reasons why I Think why is about Camila

Okay, I have a theory. Remember in All These Years, Camila repeatedly says: "I never told you". We all know All These years is for Shawn. In return, he made a song about her too and he called it Why. What If he called it Why because he's answering back to Camila asking her why she never told him that she still likes him
