AFOLs have put so much emphasis on collecting and displaying that a lot have forgotten how to be creative and have fun. If there's no instruction book, they're lost.
Like i play an instrument primarily known for traditional old timey tunes, so whenever I post a video of me playing contemporary music, someone will ask where i got the music for it, never even occuring to them that maybe I transposed the arrangement myself.
