How To Make Realistic Games More Realistic (Reshade / RTGI Tutorial)

IMPORTANT
- You can always find the RTGI files elsewhere on the web for free, but unfortunately, I cannot make a tutorial for that.
- If the game is single-player, just install the ADDON version of Reshade and not the basic one. It might save you some trouble with detecting network activity. The basic version disables Reshade if it detects it.
- If you can't see the Global Illumination settings (since the video is only 1080p), write a comment, and I'll write them there. But I suggest you just play around with the settings until you make it look like my game or similar.

@6:54, that is not RTGI, that is just ambient occlusion
You did something wrong because there are no light bounces there

game keeps crashing after following steps, pc is more than enough for capability. runs 75+ frames then just crashes on pause menu

thanks for the help i got nearly everything done just the colors and the blur on the edges of the screen i cant get the colors the way switfy unknown has his but i still like it i just dont know how to get the blur on the edges of my screen im using focal depth on 2.500

all settings you do make image ugly IMHO, I like to see teh details in darker areas so mostly increase brigtnes and decrease contrast, add less gamma if possible and lower saturation

doesnt go out far enough in shooters, just reshades the gun
