Mr. Rahul was trying to pile up support from NRIs. Its like an election speech. He is just trying to gather support before the time comes.
It just sounds like the same speech he gives in India. My guess is BJP affliated media outlets is trying to shine him in badlight.
But one think he should have remembered is, as long as Modi is our PM he shouldn't have criticised him on a foreign platform, with lies. Yes, they are rivals in India. Outside they represent India.
He blames Modi for not listening. When for the past 20yrs, his party didn't listen to the needs of our people and looted us mercilessly to the point they put their hands even in the funds that was allocated for the Armed forces.
He isn't matured to lead India. He is too soft.
