JL is going to be a difference maker in getting 5 star LBs. He'll be the LB coach real soon.

Please drop ST coach (special teams are very important but don't need a titled coach) and make a young enthusistic former LB a LB coach. Recruiting is even more important than schemes.

James Laurinaitis should be linebackers coach at Ohio State! Parker Fleming should not be a full time coach. Ryan Day should be the Special Team coach. Special Team coach must have an attacking scheme. One field goal can win in close games.

There are two positions osu will probably never get a top recruit at again....Running back and line backer. They don't run the ball and aren't a tough smash mouth team anymore. No good RB wants to come to osu anymore. They want to go to michigan or uga. Facts. As for LB, osu's defense is terrible and there is no sign of it getting better, no LB that's a top 5 LB wants to come play in crappy weather for a crappy defense. Facts. ALSO, OSU FANS NEED TO UNDERSTAND that players like CJ blaming cold weather for losing to michigan or being sick is KILLING osu's reputation for being tough. No one wants to play with sissies. The other thing we fans must begin to admit also is that RECRUITING IS TRENDING TO MICHIGAN now. Thank soft players like CJ and a soft coach like ryan day. Ryan day abandoned the run and RECRUITS TAKE NOTICE! Congrats to ryan day, he is now the new chip kelly, scoring in bunches but not winning a thing but beating up on league weaklings.
