@2:22 If I did that step with ABC @ Live @3:36 it shows what you've previously purchased with that email. @4:52 when you clicked the arrow it just shows to install. Is there a way to unlink that purchase completely from ABC @ Live and put on my XYZ @ Live email address?

I bought a key as per the video. It failed with a "key has been used" message. I Contacted Cdsales support, the problem was that the new laptop I was setting up had a "trial" version of Office 365. I removed it and tried again, this time it worked. Thanks Brian.

Hello can you please fix my problem. My problem is my pc suddenly restarts when Im playing roblox. But it doesn't restart it self when I play ToH (a game from roblox) but it restarts when I play heavy games in roblox. Hope you help me

Many thanks Brian. Purchased last night and worked a treat - all done in 10 minutes. Do I need to uninstall my Office 2016 after 2021 installation. I have noticed a folder called "Integration" and just wonder if the download is intelligent and only installs the necessary new files rather than duplicating everything?

Hey Brian. As always, great vid. My question is more about the multikey aspect of it on different computers. It appears you can't activate 2021 unless you actully attach it to an account. 2019 you could just activate. So how does this work with multiple keys, multiple people, and 1 microsoft account? How does a small business with several people handle this? Even done a video on this particular issue?
