Developers should take their time, and so the game comes out in good condition. And I also think that if the project still doesn't have a good reputation, they should continue it. Look what happened at EA with battlefield V and anthem. If the game has potential they must develop that potential, for example look no man's sky.

Bioware didnt learn from Mass effect 3, nor Andromeda, nor Anthem. - So, personally, Im a little apprehensive.
But I will keep my fingers crossed Bioware blow us all away.

honestly the fact that it seems the larger gaming studios are learning that they actually have to put out quality products to get their return on investment is good enough news for me. we've had too many half assed sequels, new IP, and just games in general, the game needs to be good before you focus on monetizing it, not the other way around.

Bioware: "We're quitting The Old Republic and breaking up the team."
Fans: "This is Outrageous! It's Unfair! To have a good game and let it go?!"
Bioware: "The team formerly working on TOR will now be making the next Dragon Age and Mass Effect games."
Fans: "This is.... acceptable."

I'm okay waiting until 2030 for Mass Effect 4. As long as it is done RIGHT.

I think Andromeda could have been GREAT if they didn't pull the plug. For several months I was prowling the news, hoping for Quarian Ark DLC.

Hopeful that it indeed is taking a long time because they are focused on proper development on every level. And with all the people they have hired that seems to be the case.
I also think Andromeda wasnt as bad as some people say, it just wasnt even close to as good as ME trilogy. So it was a massive let down and that makes sense.
And I agree that they might have announced it too soon which can lead to A LOT of expectations for this game and I wonder if they will be able to deliver on those expectations... which I think was alose a little Andromedas problem, objectively speaking it wasnt as good as ME trilogy but I wonder if it was ever truly going to deliver on the expectations we all had.

LOL...the FemShep in this playthrough looks like someone's spinster aunt who's just waiting her turn to be Karen-for-a-day. Granted, that's what nearly all FemSheps look like.

That said, I heartily approve of calling the next ME "Mass Effect 4" instead of ME5, as so many others are doing. The other "associated" ME game should be moth-balled for all time and forgotten.

It's cute that you still think Bioware has a future.

I agree with you 💯 but they so need to communicate with there fans and also by November they need to drop a proper game play trailer show combat for me to believe it coming out in April or summer because I feel like best case it’s coming out November 2024 or worst case March 2025 that how I feel

Yeah not keen for either dragon age went south as soon as it hit DA2 and DAI should of kept the HOF as the main protagonist. As for mass effect unless we are playing as Shepard with the Normandy it’s not going to be worth 💩. As for the direct writer for the Galaxy of the guardian no just no that game was a major mess
