The twenty-third artist to be announced is... Anna Soklich from Slovenia. She won the Slovenian national final, EMA, and will therefore represent Slovenia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2020. Anna is the 23rd of 41 artists to be announced for Eurovision 2020 in Rotterdam.
